Co-Founder · Design + Field
Leads design and on-site execution — drainage, material detailing, and plant palettes tuned to Southern California microclimates.
Viktor brings more than five years of landscape practice to GREENPLACE, including a residential portfolio of over 100 buildings and a 30-person crew led in Ukraine. That volume taught him the discipline the studio is built on: the parts of a garden you never see — drainage, base, grade — are the parts that decide whether it lasts.
His work sits at the seam between design and the field. He specializes in drainage systems, porcelain pavers, water-wise plant palettes, and the material detailing that has to be right for Southern California's microclimates — salt air on the coast, heat inland, clay and decomposed granite underfoot. He designs to what can actually be built and maintained, then holds the crew to it on site.
On a GREENPLACE project Viktor is close to both the drawing and the dirt — translating intent into buildable detail and making sure what gets installed matches what was promised, joint by joint.
