3a. Text Messages (SMS)

If you check the optional consent box on our contact form, or ask us directly, we may send you text messages from GREENPLACE about your own project: confirming your free on-site design review, telling you when the crew is on the way, and sending your proposal or invoice. Message frequency varies, typically 2–5 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and we never text anyone who has not contacted us first.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as the messaging carrier that delivers the message, is permitted solely to deliver the message you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing, and are not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose.

• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session replays and heatmaps to help us improve website usability. Clarity does not collect personal information.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

When you use our project inquiry form and enter a project address, we use OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to provide address autocomplete suggestions. Your typed address text is sent to the Nominatim API (nominatim.openstreetmap.org) to retrieve location suggestions. We do not store or share this data beyond the immediate geocoding request.

We use Resend and Nodemailer to deliver form submission notifications. Your submitted contact information (name, email, phone, message) is transmitted through these services solely for the purpose of delivering your inquiry to our team.

6. Financial Account Information

GREENPLACE Inc uses a third-party financial data provider, Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), to securely connect our own company bank accounts to our accounting systems. This connection is used solely for our internal bookkeeping, reconciliation, and invoicing. We do not ask website visitors or clients to link their personal bank accounts through this website, and we do not collect, process, or store consumer bank account credentials.

Where account and transaction information is retrieved through Plaid, it is limited to the accounts held by GREENPLACE Inc and is used only for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties beyond the service providers that support our accounting operations.

This information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis and protected by multi-factor authentication. We retain it only as long as needed for reconciliation and for the recordkeeping periods required by tax and accounting law, after which it is securely deleted in accordance with our internal Data Retention and Disposal Policy.
