Case Study
A neglected side-yard strip rebuilt into a durable circulation zone with corrected grades.
Project thesis
This narrow side-yard strip is the kind of place many projects ignore. We treated it as infrastructure worth designing properly, which improved drainage, circulation, and the overall sense of finish across the property.
Even the service side of a property should feel intentional.

Before
The area was uneven, unattractive, and difficult to maintain. Water behavior and circulation both needed correction.
After
The rebuilt path is simple and exact. It does its job quietly, which is often the mark of the right solution.
