Studio note
GREENPLACE co-founders Viktor Peshekhonov and Volodymyr Dragan are Pro Landscaper USA 2026 Rising Stars. Meet the team and see Rising Sun, Relocated.
GREENPLACE co-founders Viktor Peshekhonov and Volodymyr Dragan have been recognized as Pro Landscaper USA 2026 Rising Stars.
The Rising Stars program celebrates emerging professionals shaping landscaping, design and outdoor construction across the United States. Viktor and Volodymyr joined fellow honorees at FutureScape USA, held September 1 to 2, 2026 at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
For GREENPLACE, the moment belongs to the people behind the work. Viktor and Volodymyr lead alongside a team that brings design intent, field coordination and careful construction together for outdoor spaces across Orange County and Greater Los Angeles.
A team moment at FutureScape USA
The exhibition gave our team time to meet peers, see new materials and systems, and celebrate two co-founders whose work continues to shape GREENPLACE. The hero photograph shows Viktor Peshekhonov, Volodymyr Dragan and Ruslan Sychov together on the FutureScape USA show floor.
We are grateful to Pro Landscaper USA and FutureScape USA, and to the wider California landscape community. Most of all, we thank the GREENPLACE crew, our clients and our partners for the trust and collaboration behind every project.
From our portfolio: Rising Sun, Relocated
Rising Sun, Relocated is a contemporary Japanese garden from the GREENPLACE portfolio and was featured by Pro Landscaper USA. Curved stepping stones, dark pebbles, boulders, layered planting and a timber screen create a quiet sequence through a compact outdoor space.
The project is included here as an example of the work our team brings to life, following the team and recognition story above.
